Or skip to the fix we used, download the latest (beta) flash client and uninstaller here.
Run the uninstaller (bottom of page link), then run the installer, restart chrome and tada!
* In summary, Google published a newer version of Flash with the latest Chrome update, which does not play nicely with many flash based websites.
